Assistant Product Manager
The main function of the Assistant Product Manager is to develop brand/product business and marketing objectives, strategies and tactics to deliver value-added results through superior execution. The person shall identify and evaluate consumer needs and market trends, and analyze current business activities, through all possible sources of data and recommend business opportunities at strategic and tactical levels, including innovation opportunities. He/She shall contribute to the creation of a team based, collaborative environment, promoting candor and receptivity, clarity of purpose and goals, and high commitment to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • College Graduate; Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communication Arts
  • Has at least 2 years of consumer, ethical, or other relevant product/brand management experience in a major consumer goods or healthcare company
  • Experience with A&P budgeting, sales forecasting and P&L analysis
  • Experience in project management and leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in a matrix environment preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to drive coordinated and consistent implementation of strategies and plan
  • Understands and has experience with consumer segmentation, targeting and brand positioning
  • Knowledge and experience in financial management, budgeting and forecasting

Medical Sales

Territory Manager
The main function of the Territory Manager is to communicate and support the sales process in the area of coverage by using promotional and scientific materials which support the business strategy. The successful candidate will need to closely work with the trade sales force and marketing in order to mutually reinforce the promotional activities for the area and for the brand. This role includes the identification of key stakeholders within the assigned territory and development of long-term business partnerships with them. A demonstration of proficiency in using business plans, sales and marketing campaigns, value added programs and other business-building techniques to meet the objectives will be most useful to succeed in this role.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Medical Representative
  • Should be willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao in an indefinite duration
  • Driving skill is a must
  • Above average communication and inter-personal skills

Trade Sales

Business Development Manager
The main function of the Business Development Manager (BDM) for General Trade / Regional Distributors is to grow the area and account's business in the supermarkets, groceries, drugstores, and other channels. The successful candidate will develop and implement short and long term plans and programs consistent with delivering the optimum performance of the area. An important part of this responsibility is to closely work with the company's regional distributor and trade partners in the area to focus on Territory and Customer Strategy Development and Execution, Sales Target Achievement, Distribution, Merchandising and Promotion, Receivables Management and Budget Management.

Requirements

  • College Graduate; Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or other related course
  • Preferably with 3 years experience in sales operations from an FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) company
  • Key Accounts or Distributor sales experience is preferred
  • Must have basic financial and presentation skills
  • Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
  • Driving skill is a must

Channel Manager

  1. Develop and ensure achievement of Channel's vision, goals and strategies
  2. Strategic Channel planning and profiling, internal and external analysis
  3. Develop the channel strategic business plan
  4. Achievement of sales growth and volume objectives for the channel
  5. Achievement of BUC targets for the channel
  6. Analyse market trends and research data

  9. Managing sales returns within the prescribed standards, within BMS policies

Plant Industrial Engineer
The main function of an Industrial Engineer involves establishment of manufacturing standards, line performance monitoring and management, facilitation of continuous improvement and total productive maintenance programs, project involvement, capacity analysis and allocation and budget preparation.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering
  • The candidate must have a minimum of one (1) year actual work experience as an industrial engineer in a hygienic food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Must have an actual experience in methods engineering, operations analysis or supervision of product lines.
  • Must have an experience in application of continuous improvement tolls and process and re-engineering methods.
  • Ability to quickly understand and learn SAP systems
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills

Finance

Senior Accountant
The role will lead mainly for the processes around legal entity (LE) closing, account reconciliation and verification, certain internal control procedures, and LE balance sheet projections. For LE closing process, the role will handle select account analyses (e.g. non-trade receivables, asset reserves, pre-payments and other asset accounts), payroll processing, employee balance accounting, bank reconciliation reviews and asset-related month-end journals.

Requirements

  • BS / BA major in Accounting; CPA license an advantage but not required
  • At least 5 years working experience in any Finance / Accounting function
  • Basic knowledge in SAP
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Strong in excel
  • Strong communication skills; both oral and written
  • Strong analytical skills
